CBS Health

The hospital system that keeps everyone informed.

One record for the front desk, the doctor, the family and the pharmacy counter, with AI assistance that shows its sources and waits for a clinician's signature. Built for nursing homes, clinics and treatment centres, including those that practise AYUSH beside modern medicine.

Six products. One record underneath.

CBS Dock

Hospital and nursing-home staff — front desk, wards, pharmacy, stores, accounts, administration

The hospital management system: registration, beds, theatre, billing, the laboratory and imaging, the store, the roster, doctor onboarding, staff letters and the audit trail — everything that belongs to the establishment rather than to one clinician or one patient.

CBS Medico

The clinician — doctor, AYUSH practitioner, and the nurse at the bedside

The doctor's own tool for the day's events, for communication with the hospital, the care team and the patient, and for AI-assisted consultation — the queue, the consultation, the prescription, investigations and their results, the ward round, the discharge narrative and the earnings statement, carried across every establishment they practise at.

CBS Care

Patients, the family member who looks after them, and the home device estate

The patient's own door: appointments, medicines, the reports and bills the hospital has released to them, the people looking after them, and the check-in, fall and SOS from the device at home.

CBS Counter

The medical shop — the owner, and whoever is standing at the till

The dispensary — medicines, surgicals and other consumables: the sale, dispensing against a prescription, stock in and out, expiry, the credit book, the day book and the statutory registers a drug inspector asks for.

CBS Attendant

Patients at home or on a ward — and the family and the nurse who answer them

The bedside device for a patient at home or on a ward. When it raises an alarm (SOS, a fall, the call bell, a missed medicine and more), it rings loud on the phone or computer of each person who follows it.

CBS Lab

Laboratory staff — technicians, the pathologist who signs, and the collection team

The laboratory, from the order to the signed report: the test menu and orders, bedside and home collection, a second person's verification of every value, daily quality control, reagent lots with their expiry, samples sent to an outside laboratory, and results reaching the doctor in Medico and the patient in Care.

AI support that shows its working

Summaries with their sources

Long reports and histories condensed for the consultation, each line linked to the document it came from.

Trends and flags

Results read as a series, not one at a time, so a slow climb is seen before it becomes an admission.

Decision support, not decision-making. CBS never diagnoses and never prescribes. Every suggestion waits for a clinician to accept, change or reject it.

Why CBS

A conventional hospital system records what the staff did. CBS also keeps the family informed, joins the doctor to the rest of the hospital, and lets a patient's record travel with them. Each point says what is in place today and what is being finished.

The family is never left in the darkPartly in place

Most hospital systems are built for the staff. The family waits in the corridor and learns what is happening by asking at every counter, every hour. In CBS the family has a view of its own, in Care.

Today
Each stage of a stay -- admitted, in theatre, back on the ward, moved, result released, discharge started, summary ready, bill ready -- appears on a timeline in Care and reaches the patient and the attendants they nominate as an app notice.
Being finished
The same updates by SMS, once each message is registered with the telecom operators.

The doctor's phone is joined to the whole hospitalIn place

A doctor on rounds, in theatre or at another clinic should not have to phone the front desk to get something done. Medico reaches Dock, Care and Counter from the doctor's pocket.

Today
A doctor raises a request on Medico and the hospital answers it on Dock. Doctors and patients message each other. The doctor signs the prescription on the Medico consult screen itself, and it arrives at the Counter pharmacy already filled in, for the pharmacist to confirm against stock.

Every app can ask, and every app is toldPartly in place

Dock, Medico, Care and Counter share one notification backbone. A request placed in one arrives in the others, with a record of who was told and when.

Today
Notifications go out by browser alert and in-app, each one logged.
Being finished
SMS and WhatsApp delivery through the gateway now contracted, and lock-screen alerts on the Dock, Medico and Care phones once the new app builds are published.

The record travels with the patient, and stays theirsIn place

A patient taken ill on a journey should not have to describe fourteen years of history from memory to a doctor they have never met. Nor should the record open for anyone the patient did not choose.

Today
Two keys, both in the patient's hand. From Care the patient shows the doctor a QR code on the phone, or texts a time-limited link; it opens only with a one-time code sent to the patient's own phone, which the patient reads out. A wrong number sees nothing, and the patient can revoke the share at any time. The same QR code is drawn on the Care web page too.

AYUSH alongside modern medicineIn place

For clinics and treatment centres that practise Ayurveda, Yoga, Siddha, Unani or Homoeopathy beside modern medicine, the two are held in one record, not two.

Today
Integrative treatment protocols, AYUSH-allopathic interaction checks, formulations by system, therapeutic yoga protocols and AYUSH terminology, each with its evidence cited.
