Tell us about your facility

This is the registration protocol for CBS. Your answers let us agree the price for your facility and plan the onboarding with you.

Onboarding service: one CBS staff member for onboarding, customisation and training, for ₹20,000. The target is 10 working days.

What are you setting up?
A family setting up CBS Care may leave it empty.
For a hospital, an Ayurvedic hospital or a rehabilitation centre.
OPD specialties you handle

Specialty and treatment names are shown as the CBS catalogue writes them, in English.

Ayurvedic treatments you offer

The treatment list is awaiting review by VKG Foundation's Ayurveda panel before clinical use.

How many staff, by type

Leave a box empty if it does not apply.

For example: patient register, doctors' list, price list, stock. Do not paste any patient information here.

One CBS staff member is deputed for onboarding, customisation and training, for ₹20,000. The target is 10 working days.

Share a Google Drive folder with us (optional)

If you have files for onboarding — price lists, staff lists, forms — you can share one folder with us. CBS holds no Google password or key; you decide what we see, and for how long.

  1. To share: in Google Drive, open the folder, choose Share, add tech@dharmaposhanam.in as Viewer, and paste the folder's link below.
  2. To stop sharing later: open the same folder, choose Share, and remove tech@dharmaposhanam.in. Our access ends at once.

We use these details only to onboard you to CBS. Do not include any patient information.
