This buffer lives in memory, in one worker. A restart empties it and another instance keeps its own. It is not a record — for what survives, see the delivery failures below.

Nothing captured This worker has logged nothing matching that filter. On a freshly restarted instance that is expected and says nothing about whether the system is healthy.

Delivery failures — these survive a restart

Nothing has failed to deliver Every event the spine has published reached its recipients. This table is read from the database, so an empty one here is a real answer rather than a restarted worker.
